Dear parents
The Geoff
Adcock Memorial Colts Day, will be held
on the 18th April at the
Charlton all
weather pitch. We will be running a refreshment stall in the
Pavilion. We
will be grateful for any donations of cakes and also anything
Suitable for
a raffle prize. The money raised from this event will go
towards the
end of season disco and presentation evening, which will be
held in the
evening following the hockey.
The disco
will be held at Quarley Village Hall, from 6.00 to 9.00pm. Tickets
are priced at
£3.00 per child (brothers & sisters are welcome); this will
include a Hot
Dog, a packet of crisps and unlimited drinks. There will be
a £1.00
charge for adults (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Although we
cannot have a bar or sell alcohol, on the evening “Happy Drinks”
will be
available in return for a donation.
Please
reserve your tickets by completing and returning the reply slip below,
to either
Rachel, Alison or Debbie.
Last years Disco proved very popular, we would like your reply slips by
Saturday 27th March.
This will
also give us some idea of how many people we need to cater for.
